What arrives
- Your vials, in their cartons, inside an insulated liner
- A frozen gel pack. It may have thawed by the time it reaches you; that is expected
- A temperature indicator card
- The batch certificate for each product
- The research use only notice
The indicator card
The card has a window that turns from white to red if the parcel spent long enough above 8°C to matter. A white window means the chain held. Pink or red: photograph the card and the parcel label and contact us the same day. We replace affected vials without argument.
The first ten minutes

- 02RefrigerateVials into the fridge in their cartons. The gel pack can be refrozen and reused.
- 03File the certificateOr find it any time in your account under Certificates.
Not in for the courier?Choose a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel. A cold-chain box should not sit on a doorstep in summer.

Arithmetic only: mass divided by volume. It does not account for the small volume of the powder itself, which is negligible at these quantities.
