Hello Peptides is a UK research-peptide lab. We synthesise, purify and fill every batch ourselves, then send it to an independent laboratory before it is allowed to ship. The certificate travels with the vial.

Peptide research moves quickly, and the supply behind it often does not keep up. Compounds arrive under-filled, mislabelled or untested, and the researcher finds out after the experiment. We started Hello Peptides to remove that variable.
Every batch is synthesised and filled in our UK lab, assayed by an independent laboratory for purity and identity, and shipped cold with its certificate. If a batch misses > 99%, it does not ship. That is the whole model.
We are a small team, and we would like to stay one. The people who answer your email are the people who run the lab, which is why replies come within a working day and why the answer is usually a number rather than a promise.

Fill and label
In-house · UKLyophilised and filled under controlled conditions. Every vial carries the batch code, molecule and dose exactly as they appear on the certificate.
Independent assay
Third-party labA sample from every batch goes to an accredited independent laboratory for HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity. The threshold is > 99%.
Release
Same dayOnly when the certificate is back and matches does the batch move to cold storage and become available to order. The certificate is published to the COA library the same day.
