Where is my order?
Your order number and the email address you used. No account needed. Both are on the confirmation email we sent when you ordered.
What the stages mean
Waiting for payment. We have the order and are waiting for your bank transfer. Use the order number as the reference so it matches up on arrival.
Being packed. Payment has cleared and your vials are being packed cold. Orders that clear before 2pm on a working day go the same day.
Dispatched. It has left us and the carrier has it. The tracking link was emailed when it went.
We do not dispatch at weekends, because a cold-chain parcel posted on a Saturday sits in a depot until Monday.
